What light bulb should I get? and where can I get them?
Is there any HID conversion kit needed???

you'll need an entire HID kit, not just the bulbs. Xenon bulbs require ballasts that are not included on the stock vehicles.
just google %26quot;xenon conversions%26quot; and you'' get a long list of aftermarket suppliers. I just did and there are a lot fo suppliers out there.
there are bulbs that you can buy to imitate the xenon lights but basically all they do is change the color of your lights; they don't improve the output of the lighting system.
